The reason I paint is because I just have this urge to paint - to get out there and paint, and that painting for me is about trying different things, different ways of applying paint, experimenting and seeing what happens from it.

I started painting landscapes a number of years ago but found painting in an enclosed room a bit stifling, now the open outdoors is my studio. Have worked several "outdoor studios" starting at Bronte Beach then Nelson Park and now Balmoral which seems to be a never ending source of enjoyment and inspiration.

My work has been exhibited in several shop galleries around Sydney and sold locally and to overseas visitors.
